What is useful to send
- A specific question about something I wrote, with enough context to answer it.
- A correction. If a post is wrong, I would rather fix it than leave it standing - say which page and what is incorrect.
- A concrete problem where you think my experience is relevant. Please include the constraints, not just the goal.
What I will not reply to
Recruiter templates, link-building requests, guest-post pitches and anything that requires me to open an attachment from an unknown sender.
